What is TAT? (Turn around time)

TAT is 14-21business days unless otherwise states. This excludes weekends. All holidays we take off for are federal holidays. If the banks and post offices are closed so is WDC.

TAT means that by 21 business days your WDC item will be out of our hands, and on its way to you.

What sizes do we offer?

Infant, toddler, youth, adult, and plus sizes.

What brands do we use?

We usually use Garanimals brand, but you can request different brands. However, pricing will reflect the brand you request.

Size guide:

Since we use different brands of denim we cannot give you an accurate size guide. We try to get denim that is true to size, but when in doubt size up and request adjustable waist.

Does your denim have an adjustable waist?

12m and up in the Garanimal brand does have adjustable waist. If you want a size lower, just request it in the notes, and we will do our best to accommodate with a brand that does have an adjustable waist.

Tshirts:

Our T-shirts are all sublimation, or screen print. We do not use vinyl on shirts. Sublimation shirts are polyester. Screen print shirts are either cotton or polyester. Sublimation must be on a lighter color shirt. Screen prints can go on any color that you choose.

What is an OHC? (On hand custom)

And on hand custom is a one of a kind item that we found and love. You can fully customize said item to your liking.

How do I properly care for my item?

Wash all WDC items in cold water. Wash all shirts inside out. Do not dry any WDC items hang dry instead.

Return policy: 

WDC has a strict no return policy. Each item is unique and all items are made to order. If you have an issue that you believe is a fault of WDC, please reach out, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund policy

WDC has a no refund policy unless it is a fault of our shop directly. Issues with shipping or out of our control The moment they leave our hands. Purchase route protection to protect yourself from shipping issues. If WDC is at fault, we will refund you as soon as the item is back in our possession. We will also email you a return label so shipping is at no cost to you.
